It is in that process, where the work gets a little better bit by bit, that the real fun and growth are found. Video and design work may look glamorous at first glance, but behind it lies a lot of gritty, unglamorous effort. Listening to what clients really think, looking up what you don't know, fixing the details again and again. And from the moment you think "this is good enough," thinking one step further. We want to be thorough, right down to the wording of every single message we send to a client. That's exactly why I want the people I work with to have a will of their own. "This is what I want to do." "This way is better." My ideal is a relationship where we can put opinions like that on the table and challenge each other. It won't always be easy. 映像やデザインの仕事は一見華やかですが、その裏にあるのは地味な泥臭さです。クライアントの本音に耳を傾け、わからないことを調べ、細部を何度も直す。「これでいいか」と思ったところから、もう一歩先を考える。私たちは、クライアントに送るメッセージ一通の文面にまで、徹底的にこだわりたい。
